Welcome back MUMSCAMP77!

For those of you that aren’t familiar with MUMSCAMP77 its first appearance was September 2010. The sessions were very popular & specifically designed for women.

In 2013 it returned which we were very excited about. With a start time of 9:30am this gives you enough time to get the kids off to school and ready to exercise in a female only environment.

MUMSCAMP77 is more of a relaxed styled session but still offers all the same ingredients as its big brother BOOTCAMP77. You are welcome to bring your children along.

What To Expect

Each day is different, designed to work on various areas of the body and spirit to improve your overall health. The outdoor training can include one or all of the following techniques:

  • Static and rhythmic stretching
  • Running /walking
  • Military exercise drills (dragging rope, lifting logs)
  • Stair climbing
  • Resistance training
  • Obstacle courses
  • Plyometrics (speed/strength training drills)
  • Steep hill drills (for the more advanced)
  • Free weight exercises
  • Bands/tubes
  • Agility and power drills
  • Partner drills

What you’ll need.

  • Running shoes
  • Water
  • Hat
  • Sunscreen (is provided).
